- Food portions are small; improve the quality of meals.
- Smoking areas are far from Block A, and the smoking areas are not covered/enclosed.
Action Taken
- Regarding the complaint, by the Faculty Dean’s Office letter dated 06.03.2020 and numbered E.7650, the request that the catering company ensure adequate food portions and improve meal quality was forwarded to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports. In addition, shortcomings identified during periodic inspections conducted by the Faculty Administrative Audit and Control Commission are recorded in official minutes and reported to the Department of Health, Culture and Sports for necessary improvements.
- Regarding the complaint, by the Faculty Dean’s Office letter dated 09.03.2020 and numbered E.7714, the request to build a canopy/shelter to protect the smoking area (outside the designated smoke-free zone on the faculty campus) from rain was forwarded to the Department of Construction Works and Technical Affairs.
